Why isn't Solomo360 free? I've seen other software offered for free.

Solomo360 is a paid subscription service.

Building secure, reliable healthcare software requires continuous investment in product development, cloud infrastructure, security, automatic backups, customer support, and ongoing improvements.

If you come across software offered for free, we encourage you to understand their business model by asking a few important questions:

Just as doctors cannot sustainably provide quality healthcare without charging for their professional services, we cannot build, secure, support, and continuously improve Solomo360 without a sustainable business model.

How long does it take to get started with Solomo360?

Getting started is quick and hassle-free. Our onboarding team helps configure your practice, train your staff, and get you up and running with minimal disruption to your daily operations. Most practices can start using Solomo360 within a few days.

Can you migrate data from our existing software?

Yes. We can import your patient demographic information, including names, contact details, age, gender, and other basic patient profile information, so you can get started quickly.

Every practice management software stores medical records, prescriptions, appointments, billing, and clinical information differently. Since there is no universal standard and most systems are not fully interoperable, it is generally not possible to migrate every piece of historical data accurately.

Our team will review your current software and advise what data can be migrated, ensuring a smooth transition with the essential patient information you need.

Is Solomo360 suitable for solo doctors, clinics, and hospitals?

Yes. Whether you're an individual specialist, a multi-doctor clinic, or a hospital, Solomo360 grows with your practice. You don't need to change software as your practice expands.

What happens to my data if I decide to leave Solomo360?

If you ever decide to move to another system, we'll provide your data in a suitable format so you can take it with you.

Do I need a LAN network in my clinic?

No.

A standard internet connection with Wi-Fi is all you need. There's no need to invest in expensive LAN infrastructure just to use Solomo360.

I work from multiple clinics. Can I access Solomo360 from different locations?

Yes.

You can securely access Solomo360 from anywhere in the world, just like Gmail or online banking.

Whether you're at another clinic, a hospital, your home, or travelling, simply log in using an internet connection.

A normal broadband connection or even a stable 4G or 5G mobile connection is generally sufficient for everyday use.

Will my staff need extensive training?

No.

Solomo360 is designed to be simple and intuitive. Most users become comfortable with the system quickly.
